SHIPPING & RETURNS
eMedia Inc. is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. The name “CO/ED Store” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.
Delivered in the eastern United States in 5-8 business days.
Delivered in the western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories in 10-14 business days. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses.
Delivered in the western United States within 3-5 business days.
These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service.
Delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territory in 2 business days.
Weekend orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Wednesday.
Returning a Purchase
- Please contact us and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us at 786-728-9946. We will give you an "RA Number," a return address, and other relevant information. Returns that have not been first authorized cannot be accepted.
- Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Return the product using your preferred shipping method directly to the distribution center address we provide. Returns sent to our administrative offices cannot be accepted.
- It is important that we know when your return is expected. Please save your return tracking number, and email it to us. We need this in case there are any issues during transit.
- Please do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request. Refund processing involves several steps, some that we cannot control, so please be patient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear via the payment method that you used.
- Please Note: Other than a return or exchange due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
- All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, if products have been assembled or modified, we cannot take them as returns.
